- Introducing Graceful Dining Table, Bolia’s interpretation of Scandinavian design, drawn by Danish designer Michael H. Nielsen. The signature is in the legs — sloping, and set on the outside of the table rather than tucked underneath — which gives it a distinct profile and opens up the space beneath for chairs.

It’s made from solid oak, assembled from carefully matched boards into a single piece, so each table carries its own grain pattern and can be sanded back and refinished over the years. The wood is FSC®-certified, from responsibly managed forests — so the care in the design is matched by where the material comes from.

How to Care for Bolia, Your Graceful Dining Table

With proper care, your solid oak Graceful will stay part of your home for years. It’s worth a deep clean and re-oil a few times a year to keep the wood protected and looking its best. It's recommended to apply Bolia Wood Oil Care Kit. 

Deep cleaning
Shake your wood cleaner well, then mix one part cleaner with two parts lukewarm water. Using a sponge, apply the mixture in a thin, even layer, rubbing gently in the direction of the grain until it forms a light lather. Leave it for about five minutes, then rinse off with lukewarm water. If the wood feels rough or dry afterwards, lightly sand along the grain with a sanding sponge.

Oiling
Once the table is clean and dry, apply wood oil. Shake the oil well, then use a sponge or a lint-free cloth to work a thin, even coat into both the top and the underside, always following the grain. Wipe away any excess with a clean, dry cloth, and let the oil dry fully — usually about 24 hours. For lasting protection, repeat this three to four times a year.
